Lasagna


This is all time favourite in the family. First time dulu cuba sedap then selalu lah buat..

Ingredients:
White Sauce
4 tbsp butter
4tbsp flour
4 cups fresh milk
Salt
Pepper


Red Sauce
Bawang besar + putih chopped
Minced meat/chicken
A big bottle of PREGO chunky garden sauce or anyone your favourite

Skin
Beli yg ready made dalam kotak - I use pre-cook one so takyah rebus dulu.

Method:

1. To make white sauce - put butter in the saucepan. After bubbing put flour.
2. Api perlahan n kacau till cair. Kalau berketul, pekat letak susu bit by bit.
3. Slowly add milk n keep stirring till it fine.
4. Then put salt & pepper.
5. To make red sauce - tumis bawang putih+merah hingga naik bau.
6. Masukkan daging/ayam cincang.
7. Letakkan PREGO sauce.
8. Kacau then season with salt , pepper.
9. After all ready - now its time to layer the lasagna. Get a oven proof casserole.
10. Put red sauce in the casserole.
11. Then arrange the skin on top of the layered red sauce.

12. Then put the red sauce again. Repeat until red sauce habis. Make sure last top with the skin.
13. Then masukkan white sauce, sprinkle with cheese.


14. Bake 180degc till golden brown.
