This is my all time favourite cheesecake. It's very easy to make n I bet anybody can do it. My kids n frens love it so much.
Ingredients:
1 cup crushed OREO chocolate sandwich cookies (abt 12 cookies)
1 tbsp butter melted
4 pack (200gm each) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese - softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
20 OREO chocolate sandwich cookies - quartered
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 325deg c
2. Mix crushed cookies n butter
3. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan
4. Bake 10 minutes
5. Meanwhile bear cream cheese, sugar n vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
6. Add egss 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg just until blended
7. Gently stir in quartered cookies
8. Pour over crust
9. Bake for 40min or until centre is almost set.
10.Refrigerate 4 hours or orvernight.
