Setelah menggelegak sedikit kalau pekat boleh letakkan sedikit air&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Masukkan ayam dan gaul rata&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;7. Boleh tambahkan air jika hendak kuah lebih dan masukkan garam, gula secukup rasa&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8. Masukkan bawang besar yg dihiris tadi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;9. Masak lagi sehingga kuah agak pekat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;10. Beras dibasuh bersih dan tos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Panaskan periuk nasi dan letakkan minyak sapi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Masukkan kayu cengkih, bunga lawang dan biar seketika&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Rebus udang sehingga masak. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;2. Tapiskan udang, asing dan air rebusan jgn dibuang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;3. Ambil sebahagian kepala udang yg direbus tadi - blender hingga halus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;4. Panaskan minyak dan tumis cili kisar sehingga garing dan naik minyak.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;5. Setelah itu masukkan bahan2 kisar tadi dan tumis lagi hingga garing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;6. Kemudian masukkan air rebusan udang tadi bersama kepala udang yg diblender itu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;7. Renih dan biarkan hingga mendidih.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;8. Masukkan tomato sos, cili sos dan petis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;9. Kacau rata dan masukkan keledek yg telah dilenyek.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;10. Kacau sekali sekala sahaja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;4. Kemudian masukkan belacan dan kacau sebentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4. Masukkanseparuh dulu air asam jawa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;5. Masukkan udang dan kacau hingga separuh masak&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;6. Masukkan petai dan kacau lagi hingga rata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;7. Jika tidak cukup masam boleh tambahkan sebahagian air asam jawa lagi atau jika tidap perlu masukkan air hingga mendapat kuah yg diingini&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;8. Akhir sekali masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;9. Clean the potatoes. Cook in a pot of boiling water until tender but not falling apart. To make white sauce - put butter in the saucepan. After bubbing put flour.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2. Api perlahan n kacau till cair. Kalau berketul, pekat letak susu bit by bit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3. Slowly add milk n keep stirring till it fine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4. Then put salt &amp;amp; pepper.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;5. To make red sauce - tumis bawang putih+merah hingga naik bau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;6. Masukkan daging/ayam cincang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;7. Letakkan PREGO sauce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;8. Kacau then season with salt , pepper.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;9. After all ready - now its time to layer the lasagna. Get a oven proof casserole.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;10. Put red sauce in the casserole. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;11. My kids n frens love it so much.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 cup crushed OREO chocolate sandwich cookies (abt 12 cookies)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 tbsp butter melted&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4 pack (200gm each) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese - softened&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 cup sugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4 eggs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;20 OREO chocolate sandwich cookies - quartered&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Method:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1. Preheat oven to 325deg c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2. Mix crushed cookies n butter&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4. Bake 10 minutes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;5. Panaskan oven 180 deg celcius.&lt;br /&gt;2. Sediakan bekas kaca casarolle atau apa2 bekas tahan panas.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sapu minyak sedikit dan masukkan ke dalam oven selama 3 minit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Keluarkan bekas dan letakkan macaroni yg telah digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;5. Penuhkan 3/4 bekas dan tekan sedikit dgn senduk biar padat.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masuk dan panaskan dalam oven selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;7. Sementara itu pukul 6 biji telur dan masukkan sedikit garam.&lt;br /&gt;8. Keluarkan bekas macaroni dan letakkan telur. Pastikan telur menutup seluruh macaroni. Kalau tak, boleh tambah telur lagi.&lt;br /&gt;9.
